ASLCSC Funding Opportunities
A portion of student fees is allocated to ASLCSC and is used to support selected Recognized Student Organization activities and opportunities. These funds are to be used solely to enhance the operations and experiences of the RSO and the impact for the student body as a whole.
Types of ASLCSC Funding
A one-time $100.00 fund available to newly formed and approved RSOs. These funds must be requested within the same semester as the organization’s recognition. To request these funds a Student Officer from the applying RSO must attend an open Tuesday ASLCSC Meeting to read the purpose of the new organization.
These funds will be used to open the organization’s campus club account.
If you are interested in speaking at an ASLCSC Meeting, please email the ASLCSC President with the information below:
- Name and Organization
- Purpose of Visit
- Any documents or presentation materials needed to be projected
In order to be on the Agenda, you must make sure to have your email sent in by 12:00pm the day prior.
Each semester Recognized Student Organizations are able to apply for a fundraising match up to $250.00. To apply for a Fundraiser Match the applying RSO must submit a copy of their LC Deposit slip to the Office of Student Involvement. Submissions must be received by 5:00pm on the deadline of each semester: November 1st (fall) or March 1st (spring)
If a fundraiser occurs after the deadline date please submit your deposit slip the following semester.
RSO Grant: applications for Grant Funds may be submitted each semester for appropriate activities. Applications are due by 5:00pm on the deadline of each semester: November 1st (fall) or March 1st (spring).
Applications will only be considered for activities scheduled to commence after the application due date.
An awarding cycle is defined as the date immediately following an application due date through the following application due date. To apply for ASLCSC's RSO grant please complete the required application.
