The Classified Staff Organization exists to represent the interests of all classified staff at Lewis-Clark State College. CSO works with a variety of campus constituents to assist with the improvement of personnel, program management, morale, customer service, working conditions, compensation, ethical practices, and overall productivity.

Nominations for next years Officers are Finally here. Do you know someone who would be a good officer for CSO? Someone who is looking to become involved with the college and their fellow staff? Someone who enjoys volunteering, but does not have a whole lot of time to commit. How about nominating them for CSO Officer?
As CSO Officer you have the opportunity to get to know your fellow classified staff. Learn intereseting and knowledgeable information about the college we work for. Gain networking skills for interdepartment communications. Along with having the opportunity to feel good donating your time in a fun, positive, and educational atamoshere. Most positions take minimal time obligations and commitment. Keep in mind who you want your next officers to be!
Do you know of someone who is always willing to help? Someone who goes out of there way to help others and makes things run more smoothly? Do you know of a classified Staff who deserves recognition. Then vote for CSO employee of the year. Share with everyone what this person does, why they are so special, and help them gain the recognition they deserve. CSO employee of the year will be awarded at the upcoming Awards Ceremony in April.
