WARRIOR FLAG FIND (STUDENT EVENT)

The LCSC Alumni Association is hosting a Warrior Flag Find on Tuesday, October 1 thru Friday, October 4 , during Homecoming. Students will have to find flags that will be placed at a secret location on campus. The student who locates, retrieves and returns the flag to the LCSC Alumni Association office, located on the corner of 9th Avenue and 7th Street, will win LC Athletics apparel up to $50 value.  Daily winners will also compete on Friday night for the grand prize of a flat screen TV!
 
The clues to find the flags will be posted on the LCSC Alumni Facebook (Lewis-Clark State Alumni & Friends) and Instagram (lcscalumni) accounts at 9 a.m. daily, starting Tuesday, October 1 and ending on Friday, October 4.

Fight song/chant competition

Do you have an idea for a fight song or chant that could become a tradition? Deadline to submit your ideas is Wednesday September 25. Email your “lyrics” to Holly Daugherty, hndaugherty@lcsc.edu.  Winners will be announced at the Volleyball tailgate on October 4th.

Campus spirit Contest 

We want to see Warrior Pride across the campus. Enter your department, residence hall, or office into this contest for a chance to claim the traveling trophy,  and bragging rights for 2019. Enter the Campus Spirit Contest by emailing the name of your department and location to: hndaugherty@lcsc.edu . Judging will take place Thurs., Oct. 3rd 9:00am-12:00pm. Winners will be announced Fri., Oct. 4th at the Volleyball Tailgate.

Employers interested in hiring LC students and alumni will be on campus.  Visit with businesses and graduate programs from Idaho and out-of-state. There's something for everyone: part-time and full-time employment, as well as internships. Nursing and Health Science's will host an after-the-fair social with healthcare employers who attended the Career Fair. This is an excellent networking opportunity for NHS students and alumni to chat with employers from around the region.  Sponsored by St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and Prestige Care.

LIP SYNC BATTLE

Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Silverthorne Theater 
Students, alumni, and faculty/staff are welcome to participate.  Deadline to register is Wednesday, September 25 and is limited to the first 20 acts.  Songs are limited to 90 seconds and bring your swagger. Guided Tree Tours

Join us for a guided tour of the Lewis-Clark State College campus. The LCSC Arboretum Committee has identified 14 trees or tree groupings that highlight the campus Arboretum. On the Tree Tour, you will learn about tree identification, fun facts, and more! Tree tour will happen rain or shine. The walk is about 1 mile, and we will meet at the parking lot at the northeast corner of 6th Street and 9th Ave.

Get ready to be inspired by LC alumna Myndie VanHorn who will guide you step-by-step through an LC-themed painting. Bring your favorite snacks and drinks of choice. (Guests 21 and older are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Valid ID required.) Cups, bottle openers, and ice will be provided.
Class is open to alumni, students, and friends 18 and over! Pre-registration is required.
