Travel Request Pre-Approval Form

All travel must be preapproved through your Division Chair, Dean, and the Provost office. Please, fill out the Travel Request Pre-Approval Form and submit to vpaaapprovals@lcsc.edu.

The Vice President for Academic Affairs reports directly to the president and, in collaboration with the president and in consultation with faculty, is responsible for establishing and maintaining academic standards and for developing college-wide academic policies and procedures, as well as advancing the college role and mission.
