Ordering Transcripts

Graduates will receive a free copy of their Official Transcript with their Diploma. Please see our graduation page for more details.

Official Transcripts:

Option 1: National Student Clearinghouse

Log-in to the National Student Clearinghouse at getmytranscript.com. Electronic transcripts are typically sent out the same day of order placement.

Some institutions may not accept electronic transcripts. Please reach out to your receiving institution before submitting your online transcript order.

Option 2: Transcript Order Form

Use our Transcript Order Form. The form may be emailed, faxed, or delivered to our office. Paper transcripts are processed within 5 business days.

  • Electronic: $11.00 - Via the National Student Clearinghouse. Payable by debit or credit card. Sent the same day via email to receiving institution of choice. Additional $2.90 processing fee applied at checkout.
  • Standard Paper: $10 - Payable by cash, debit or credit card, check, or money order to LC State.  Processed within 5 business days. Can be mailed or picked up at the office.
  • Rush Paper and Fax: $25 - Processed within 24 hours. Only processed on demand prior to 1 p.m. Check with the receiving college/organization to determine if they will accept a faxed transcript as official.
  • Express FedEx Shipping: $35 - You are charged the $10 transcript fee plus the shipping fee. Delivered to U.S. addresses only with tracking provided. No P.O. BOX, holiday, or weekend delivery.
  • International FedEx Shipping: Current Rates Apply - You are charged the $10 transcript fee plus the shipping fee. You will be notified of international shipping charges before your card is charged and transcript is processed. Delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on the location.

Visit our Transfer Guide to see how credits may transfer into LC State. If a specific course is not listed, an evaluation may not be created yet, but may still transfer. Please contact the Registrar's office or visit our FAQ page for more information.

Unofficial Transcripts:

A copy of your unofficial LC State transcript may be obtained through your WarriorWeb, free of charge. This may be used by other institutions or agencies to determine eligibility for programs.

You may also choose to pick up a copy of your unofficial transcript at the Registrar's Office for a small fee.

The Registrar's Office does not mail or email copies of unofficial transcripts.

GED Transcript:

GED Transcripts are housed with the Adult Learning Center. Please visit GED.com to order a copy.


  • Your LC State transcript will not contain lists of courses from other institutions.  It will show the name of the institution, and the number of transfer credits accepted by LC State.
  • Copies of another school’s transcript cannot be released by LC State. To obtain a copy of your transcript from your high school or another college/university, you must contact that school to request your transcript.
  • Transcript requests will not be processed unless all financial and other obligations to the college have been fulfilled.
  • Please specify if you need your transcript to be held for current semester grades, degree posting, a grade change, or if you are expecting a grade change.
