Dylon grew up and graduated from high school in Jerome, Idaho. He then went on to get a BA in Theatre with Honors and a minor in American Sign Language from Idaho State University. After completing his undergrad, Dylon spent some time working for two pre-college TRIO programs at ISU where he was fortunate enough to work with high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds and help them pursue higher education. His time in TRIO led Dylon to falling in love with helping students pursue their academic dreams, and he could not be more thrilled to be continuing that work by recruiting for LC State.
