About Kirby
Kirby Boehm, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor who joined the LCSC Sport Management faculty in Fall 2024. Kirby is a former Division III student-athlete at Capital University, where he played baseball. After Capital Kirby attended Xavier University, where he earned his M.Ed. in Sport Administration and his MBA. Before joining the faculty at LCSC, Dr. Boehm worked across multiple sectors within higher education. He served as an academic coordinator with the Colorado State University football team and an athletic success coach at Xavier University. Kirby graduated with his PhD. in 2023 from the University of Kansas.
