About Royal

Dr. Toy holds an EdD in Special Education (teaching the Gifted & Talented) with a minor in Statistics & Research Methodology. He is also passionate about Music & Art with degrees in Music Education and Graphic Design & Illustration. 

He serves as director of various summer programs for students (K-12) and continues to be active in national and international organizations through publication, presentation, and work on committees and in leadership.

During his free time he may be found crafting using various media such as woods, metals, resins, and painting.
