I've been in my current role as Director of the Healthcare Education Center since 2024 but I've been advising students at the college since 2015. I'm expecting to complete a Master's in Human Resource Development from Idaho State University in May 2026.
Outside of my job at LC State, I'm a mom to 2 active boys and have been married to my wonderful husband since 2004. We enjoy going to Seattle Mariner games and traveling. I'm originally from the LC Valley and attended Washington State University, graduating with my BA in Hospitality Business Management in 2004. I am a lifelong Disney fan and spent my Spring 2002 semester interning on the Walt Disney World Disney College Program. If you visit my office, you will see plenty of Disney Parks memorabilia and will probably hear Disney music playing in the background.
Since 2013, my husband and I have been homestay parents to international students enrolled at LC State. We have hosted students from Japan, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Pakistan, and Kenya. I enjoy sharing our beautiful city and college campus with the rest of the world.
