This serves as an overview of the student achievement measures we use as part of our ongoing self-reflection. These indicators include measures of completion, retention, and post-graduation success. Historical institutional student achievement on these indicators is compared to the student achievement outcomes from two batches of institutional peers:

• Idaho 4-year institutions
