Pathways to Accelerated Certification & Endorsement (PACE)

LC State Coeur d'Alene offers an elementary and secondary route to teacher certification.

The Elementary Education PACE program is a competitive entry program. Students who are already enrolled at LC State will then apply for the PACE program in their second year.

To qualify for the PACE secondary certification program, you must possess at least a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and desire to earn a secondary teaching licensure in the area of study that you received your BA or BS degree.

The LC State Coeur d'Alene teacher education programs are fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
