Collin M. Fehr, Ed.D., CMPC, CSCS

Assistant Professor

Dr. Fehr is currently completing his fourth year at Lewis-Clark State College. Inspired by his experiences as a three-sport collegiate athlete (basketball, tennis cross-country/track), he specializes in performance enhancement from a holistic perspective. Dr. Fehr believes that psychological skills can be trained just like physical skills. Through his work as a sport psychology consultant, Dr. Fehr helps athletes and coaches develop skills ranging from goal setting to effective communication. Dr. Fehr encourages his clients and students to develop these skills so they are prepared for any situation in life, not just those found in sport.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Fehr does his best to practice what he preaches.  He loves training in his garage gym and is always up for a tough workout.  When he's not training, he likes to spend time in the outdoors hunting and fishing.  He is happily married with four young children so there really is never a dull moment!
