Annual Health Screening

Lewis-Clark State College Student Health Services is holding its annual Health Screening at the LCSC Student Union Solarium on Thursday, March 21 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The screenings are offered to the LCSC campus community and the public and are free, with the exception of the Lipid/Cholesterol panel, which requires fasting (no food or drink, except water, for 12 hours), and costs $15. Cash or check will be accepted as payment for the panel.
Other screenings cover vision, dental, blood glucose, blood pressure, iron/hemoglobin, body mass index and health plan, asthma, skin cancer awareness, mental health, hearing, Lasik, and meningitis vaccine. The meningitis vaccine will be available free of charge until supplies run out to all Idaho college students between the ages of 18 - 50.
There will also be prizes and refreshments.
In addition to LCSC Student Health Services, participants include Alpine Vision Center, American Red Cross, Clearview Eye Clinic, Costco, LCSC Dental Hygiene, LCSC Division of Nursing, LCSC Student Counseling Center, Lewis & Clark Health Center, Public Health – Idaho North Central District, Pathologists’ Regional Laboratory, Tri-State Allergy and Asthma, Tri-State Memorial Hospital, and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.
