LEWISTON, Idaho – Reports about efforts to organize a new football team in the Lewis-Clark Valley have left some wondering if Lewis-Clark State College is somehow associated with the new team. College officials are making it clear that the team, called the Lewis-Clark Valley Loggers, has absolutely no affiliation with LCSC.
“Our priority is to strengthen the existing programs we have,” said LCSC Athletic Director Gary Picone. “Any expansion or growth in our programs would not include football.”
