LEWISTON, Idaho - The Lewis-Clark State College Jazz Band invites the public to attend an open dress rehearsal on Sunday, February 16th from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Silverthorne Theater on the LCSC campus. The rehearsal will feature music that the band will perform at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival on Thursday, February 20 at 1 p.m. at the Haddock Auditorium at the University of Idaho Lionel Hampton School of Music.
Traditional big band jazz by composers Sammy Nestico, John Williams, and Pat Williams will be performed, and vocalist Sekayi Sumbureru, an LCSC pre-nursing student, will be featured.
