Presenters announced for 2nd Annual Sport Leadership Lecture Series at LCSC

Lewiston, Idaho - The list of presenters for the 2nd Annual Dr. Bob Frederick Sport Leadership Lecture Series at Lewis-Clark State College has been released.  The 2014 lecture series takes place on the LCSC campus during October and features highly respected athletic administrators, educators, and coaches from the Northwest or with ties to the region.  Highlighting this year’s series is coaching educator Jerry Krause.  Coach Krause is currently the Director of Basketball Operations at Gonzaga University.  A leader in educating future coaches, he has authored more than 30 books on coaching basketball and serves as a consultant to many athletic organizations.  He is the most widely published coach in basketball history.

The 2014 series also includes regional sport administrators Al Williams, Director of Athletics at North Idaho College and Mike Marlow, Deputy Director of Athletics at Washington State University.  In addition, two highly successful coaches, Brian Orr, the all-time winningest coach in Lewis-Clark State College women's basketball history and Idaho Athletic Hall of Fame coach Bobbi Hazeltine (Walla Walla Community College), will present to students, faculty, staff, and the local community.

This year’s lecture series will again feature three Skype presentations.  The Skype presenters include Doug Fullerton, Big Sky Conference Commissioner and Bruce Brown, Director of Proactive Coaching.

The Dr. Bob Frederick Sport Leadership Lecture Series is open to the public.
