LCSC vice president search continues, second candidate withdraws

LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State College President J. Anthony Fernandez says additional candidates for vice president for finance and administration may be invited to campus. The announcement comes after Dawn Barnard, assistant vice president for information technology services at Washington State University, withdrew her name from the process earlier this week.

Barnard, originally scheduled to visit campus on Feb. 25, is the second of three candidates to withdraw after being invited to interview in Lewiston. Brian Brackemyre, former vice president and chief financial officer at Butler University’s Institute for Study Abroad, took his name out of the running a week ago. Todd Kilburn, vice president for business affairs and chief financial officer of Naropa University, visited campus on Tuesday and Wednesday.

LCSC invites students, faculty, and staff as well as members of the community to provide feedback on the candidates at any time.
