LEWISTON, Idaho — Lewis-Clark State College was once again ranked No. 1 Best Value in Idaho by Niche, an online resource for prospective students and their families.
To complete its rankings, Niche gathered “over 100 million reviews and survey responses from students, parents, and residents,” according to its website.
It also used data from numerous sources such as the Department of Education and U.S. Census, to rank and grade colleges. Ranking factors include return on investment, economic mobility index, net price, graduation rate, median earnings post-graduation, percent of employed students' post-graduation, student-faculty ratio and more.
LC State, which offers the most affordable tuition among Idaho’s public four-year institutions, was also ranked the No. 1 Best Value in Idaho by Niche and Research.com in 2024.
