LC State to host State Board of Education Oct. 15-16

LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State College will host the Idaho State Board of Education (SBOE) on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 15-16, at the Williams Conference Center.

On Wednesday the meeting is scheduled for 1:30-5:20 p.m. Thursday will begin with an executive session from 8-9 a.m., followed by a regular session from 9-11 a.m. The event will be streamed live at www.youtube.com/@lcstate. The full agenda is posted on the SBOE website

LC State President Cynthia Pemberton will deliver the school’s annual report on Wednesday, and speak to presidential priorities, enrollment, and key initiatives and updates including LC State’s 60-year legacy in healthcare education, its leadership role in prison education, and the initiative to change its name to university.

Official fall census day enrollment totals will begin becoming available on Wednesday, Oct. 15, and the school will disseminate after this point.
