LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State College asks the general public to submit fan photos for its promotion of the 2026 Avista NAIA World Series at Harris Field. Those who submit photos will have a chance to win free tickets and also be featured in advertisements for the tournament.
“The Avista NAIA World Series is more than a tournament – it’s a tradition,” LC State President Cynthia Pemberton said. “In the 32 years of hosting this national baseball championship in Lewiston we’ve had wonderful teams, student-athletes, coaches, volunteers and sponsors, and we’ve always done our best to celebrate them. This year, we want to celebrate the fans. Without you, it wouldn’t be possible. Sure, we’ve provided the home runs and hotdogs, but you’ve supplied the smiles, cheers, and energy that make it all come together. This is your tournament. This is your tradition.”
Administrators are seeking photos that will help show the rich legacy of the tournament through the fan/family perspective. They encourage the general public to submit photos of themselves as kids at Harris Field, or perhaps with their kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews, etc. Then-and-now submissions are of particular interest.
Fans are asked to submit photos online at www.lcsc.edu/communications/worldseries by the deadline of Dec. 1, 2025.
All submissions will be considered for use in the advertising campaign for the May 22-30, 2026, Avista NAIA World Series, and could potentially be displayed on billboard, poster, TV, and social media ads. Tournament administrators say photos that show big smiles and multiple generations, and have the ballpark in the backdrop, will be most likely to be used.
The fans who submit the top three photos, as determined by tournament staff, will win prize packages that include tickets to the 2026 tournament.
