Silverthorne to hold Celtic holiday concert Dec. 12

LEWISTON, Idaho – A Celtic holiday concert will be held at Lewis-Clark State College’s Silverthorne Theatre on Dec. 12 and a limited number of tickets are available to the general public.

Everdream, an all-female trio of harp, violin and voice, will perform “A Celtic Christmas” at the theatre at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online at www.lcsc.edu/cah and are $7 for age 12 and older, while kids 11 and under are free.

The group is composed of singer Emer Barry, violinist Mary McCague, and harpist Teresa O’Donnell. It blends classical, Celtic and contemporary music and has been touring the U.S. for over ten years. Each member of the group has a master’s in music and has performed on international stages with artists such as Sinead O'Connor and Michael Buble.
