LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State College’s Business & Social Sciences Division (BUSS) will again hold a Constitution Day event, this year celebrating America’s 250 years as an independent nation.
The event, set to take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 17 in Sacajawea Hall, Room 115, on the LC State campus, will feature a panel of five scholars:
- Kylee Britzman, political science associate professor with BUSS
- Leif Hoffmann, political science professor with BUSS
- Gene Straughan, justice studies professor with BUSS
- Amanda Van Lanen, history professor and division chair with LC State’s Arts, Letters, and Learning Division
- Ezra Whitman, environmental sciences Ph.D. student at the University of Idaho
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to ask questions following the panel discussion. The event is open to all.
