Vendor Fee
The registration fee is due when reserving your booth space for Craft Fair. Vendors can pay by cash, check or with a credit card. Payment can be mailed to 500 8th Ave, Lewiston, ID 83501, dropped off at the SUB info desk or by calling 208-792-2716.
- $40 – 10’x8’ Space
- $50 – 10’x8’ Space *Direct Sale Vendors
- $25 – 10’x8’ Space *LCSC Student/Clubs
Event Set Up/Take Down
- Load-in: 12/3/21, 4:00-8:00 PM
- Load-in: 12/4/21, 7:00-8:30 AM (Please be Ready by 8:30 AM)
- Event: 12/4/21, 9:00-3:00 PM
- Load-out: 12/4/21, 3:00-4:00 PM
Free Parking: Available on the Westside of campus. No parking allowed in loading zones. Temporary loading zone parking is allowed during designated Load-in and Load-out times.
Refund Policy
- 100% Refund - Cancellation at least two (2) weeks prior to event
- 50% Refund - Cancellation one (1) week prior to event
- 25% Refund - Cancellation the week before the event
- 0% Refund - No call/no show or cancellation week of event
- 100% Refund – For LC State event cancelation due to increased Public Health pandemic levels
COVID-19
Notice: In light of the pandemic, LCSC has put reasonable safeguards in place relative to the COVID-19 virus. There is inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that exists in any public place where people are present. While on College property, you agree to follow all posted rules (e.g. masks required indoors, following self-screening guidelines-not attending due sickness) and verbal instructions from College employees, and you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
