Wellbeing in the garden

Come to the garden to relax, enjoy nature, and learn!

In the garden, you are invited to rest and relax, and also learn about sustainable wellbeing.

This approach to wellbeing has three parts:

  • The individual - the garden is for you to use to rest and restore.
  • The environment - we contribute to the health of our environment through small scale composting, planting perennials, lowering water consumption, and upcycling the art and furniture.
  • The community - we teach through signage in the garden and invite everyone to enjoy the space and respect and appreciate it. QR codes hanging on the lattices celebrate the diversity of our campus and garden visitors. Check them out for photos, recipes, and other links. We also have group art projects and volunteer days.
