NCISBDC highlights leadership, digital marketing and sales for September

LEWISTON, Idaho – Leadership principles, digital marketing basics and selling on Amazon are among the free video topics being highlighted for the remainder of September by the North Central Idaho Small Business Development Center at Lewis-Clark State College.

The NCISBDC provides no-cost business consulting, financial and marketing analysis, startup support, strategy and plan development assistance, and data and practical information for entrepreneurs and small business owners in north central Idaho.

Leadership Principles is a 75-minute video with speaker Gary Lester, president and CEO of EcoAnalysts, Inc., and Barbara Leachman, director of the NCISBDC at LC State. Lester addresses important leadership principles, including the unique leadership challenges presented by COVID-19.

Marketing Basics II: Digital Marketing Basics is the second of a five-part marketing series. This 60-minute video focuses on digital marketing and the speaker is Corissa Saint Laurent, an instructor at Portland State University and a professional speaker in business marketing and development. She will discuss the different digital platforms, assets, and channels, along with how to create a digital marketing campaign.

The final is a seven-video series called Selling on Amazon with speaker Mark Williams, founder and CEO of Brand Bite. The 80-minute series discusses the various aspects of selling on Amazon and how to plan for it. Williams also examines whether someone should use Amazon to sell their product.
