LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State College’s Fall Frenzy & Family Weekend on Sept. 28-Oct. 3 has added a number of special events for alumni, event administrators have announced.
The weeklong celebration includes student-focused events throughout the week, leading into family and fan-focused activities on the weekend including FanFest, a Color Run, volleyball matches, and a baseball scrimmage.
LC State is moving homecoming back to fall and invites alumni to return to campus for alumni-focused festivities on the weekend, including the following.
- Oct. 2, 4 p.m. – Warrior FanFest will be held in the Harris Field Breezeway, located between Harris Field and the P1FCU Activity Center. LC State graduates are encouraged to stop by the alumni table to update their contact information for a chance to win a gift basket full of LC State swag. Attendees can participate in games, face painting, poster making, and more. Warrior athletic teams will be on site to sign posters.
- Oct. 2, 6 p.m. – LC State volleyball will play Bushnell University at the P1FCU Activity Center; a special family menu will be available at the concessions stand in celebration of Family Weekend.
- Oct. 3, 12 p.m. – Warrior baseball will scrimmage Gonzaga University, offering alumni the opportunity to reconnect. A beer garden will be available for those 21 and older. Raffle tickets will be available for the Baseball Beef Raffle fundraiser. Alumni are encouraged to stop by the entry gate table or the beer garden for a chance to win free LC State swag.
- Oct. 3, 4 p.m. – It’s Alumni Night as the Warrior volleyball team plays Corban University in the P1FCU Activity Center during 1K Day, where the school aims to surpass the 1,392 attendees recorded during last year’s Fall Frenzy & Family Weekend volleyball match. The game has been dubbed “Red Rush Night” and attendees are encouraged to wear red to showcase their Warrior pride. The match is also serving as Alumni Night; LC State graduates can win free swag by stopping at the entry table.
