Withdraw From the Term

To be withdrawn from all your registered classes, you will need to please complete the following form:

Withdraw from the term form

After you complete the form, please either: 

1) Email it from your WarriorMail email account to: registrar@lcsc.edu

OR

2) Bring it to the Registrar's Office window with picture identification. 

After we receive the form, we will drop you from your classes. 

Note: this can take up to 3 business days to process.
