Tuition and Fee Schedule

Semester fees listed below are for the 2022-2023 academic year only and are subject to change as directed by the State Board of Education.

The total enrolled credits and residency will be used to determine rates as outlined below. Full-time status for undergraduate students is defined as 12 or more credit hours and for graduate students as 9 or more credit hours per semester. Students are billed based on their active residency status, which is determined by the Registrar's Office.

Aside from tuition and fees, most courses have additional course fees. For additional information regarding tuition and fees, please contact Student Accounts.

Auditing Courses - audited courses are billed at the same rates as courses taken for credit. The total enrolled credits and residency will be used to determine rates as outlined below.

CONSOLIDATED MANDATORY FEE

Any reference to fees in the Tuition & Fee schedules included on this website refers to the Consolidated Mandatory Fee that is approved by the Idaho State Board of Education annually.

COURSE FEES

Course fees are billed in addition to Tuition & Fees and vary by course and/or section. Applicable course fees are listed in the section details on WarriorWeb, which is available prior to registration.

Some students are eligible for reduced fees. This includes high school students who are dual-enrolled (taking classes at the high school and earning college credit), as well as Idaho Senior Citizens and employees of the college. For details about reduced fees, please contact Student Accounts.

IDAHO SENIOR CITIZENS

Idaho residents who are at least 60 years of age prior to the start of the semester may apply for the Idaho Senior Citizen discounted rate with Student Accounts office. Proof of Idaho residency and age, such as an Idaho Driver's License, is required to qualify. Contact the Student Accounts office for more details or to apply.

LC STATE EMPLOYEES

Eligible LC State employees, retirees, and their spouses are eligible to apply for a discount on tuition when enrolled part-time (less than 12 credits) each semester. The discount applies to a set number of credits by semester and status (employee, retiree, spouse). Refer to Policy 3.130 or the Human Resources website for more information. Contact Student Accounts with any questions regarding this discount.

LC STATE EMPLOYEE DEPENDENTS

Eligible LC State employee dependents are eligible to apply for a discount on tuition and fees, excluding overload tuition, course fees, and room and meal charges. 2022-2023 Tuition Assistance (DoD MOU) Rates

The following rates are provided specifically to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Tuition Assistance (TA) MOU and should not be used for billing purposes. These figures include only the tuition portion of the rates approved by the Idaho State Board of Education and flat-rates have been converted to per credit based on total program credits and anticipated costs for each program level.
