Sponsorship $1,500 includes:

• Prime Booth location & Registration for two of LC State’s Signature Events

1. First choice of booth location for LC State Fall Career Fair (First Thursday of October)and your choice of either the Welcome Fair or Health Care Fair:

1. 1. Booth space at the LC State Welcome Fair with center of Campus location
      (Last Wednesday of August)
   2. Booth space at the LC State Health Care Job Fair on February 22^nd, 2024

• Logo or Name recognition on all Fall Career Fair event materials including but not limited to:
  • Campus Banners, Yard Signs and posters
  • Digital Displays and Social Media
  • Postcards sent to the entire student body (3,000+ students)
  • Year-round branding included in other career-related events
• Opportunity to host a career fair prep event in September and a Spring Semester event
• Option to conduct on-site interviews following the career fair or the following day (October 6, 2023)
• Lunch provided for up to four recruiters at Career Fair
• Shipping and drop off assistance provided
• Exposure to LC State Students, Staff, Faculty and Alumni

Sponsorship $1,200 includes:

• Event registration for LC State Career fair
• Exposure to LC State Students, Staff, Faculty and Alumni
• Lunch provided for up to two recruiters
• Shipping and drop off assistance provided
• Sponsorship includes recognition on all event materials including but not limited to:
  • Campus Banners, Yard Signs and posters
  • Digital Displays and Social Media
  • Postcards sent to the entire student body (3,000+ students)

Sponsorship $900 includes:

• Event Registration for the LC State Career Fair
• Exposure to LC State Students, Staff, Faculty, Alumni, and business partners
• Logo on all hospitality tables for both breakfast and lunch
• Recognition on the day of the agenda and employer packets
• Lunch provided for up to two recruiters
• Shipping and drop off assistance

Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. the day of the career fair. Employer check-in is indicated by a teal star on the campus map. Booth assignments and other important information will be available at check-in.

Unload materials at the Activity Center Drop off on 6^th street (East Side of Campus, designated by the Red Star on the map).

Parking is available in the lot off of 6th Street (East Side of Campus, designated by a yellow star on the campus map.)

Parking permits are not necessary on fair day.

Employers may conduct interviews during career fairs. This is an optional activity. To ensure enough space, please contact the Student Employment—Career Center if you’d like to utilize on-campus interviews during the career fair.

Displays and recruiting materials for the fair may be shipped in advance and delivered to your booth if received by the day before the fair. You must collect late parcels from Campus Mail on your own. Ship materials to:
