If you registered for the March Mystery Van please fill out this waiver and email the completed, and signed, waiver to kmmyers@lcsc.edu. 

We're so glad you asked! Mystery Van is a chance to get off campus and explore somewhere new, try something new, and meet new people. WEB plans an exciting adventure and only lets you know the date and time, but no other details. Then, when the day arrives everyone loads up in the LC vans and we're off to try something new.

There are a limited number of spots available on each Mystery Van adventure, so sign up today so you don't miss out.
