After graduating from Thunderbird’s global management program, Todd held industrial marketing and project management posts in the data communications sector. He was principal in a software services provider startup and has consulted with both large and small firms.

His focus is on identifying and building strategic competitive advantage – and has taught related courses at University of Idaho. After working abroad in China, Hong Kong, and England, he found Moscow, Idaho in 2000 and considers it the best place in the world to raise his two children.
