Reserve for Students, Faculty and Staff
Classrooms and meeting rooms across campus are available for LC State faculty, staff, and student organizations to reserve on an as-needed basis.
The request process for reserving a campus space for a LC State-sponsored event has changed; staff and faculty are now able to make their own reservation requests online through 25Live.
Please consult the Signature Events webpage and the Events and Conferences Office prior to scheduling an event. Events will not be scheduled or confirmed without approval from the Signature Event coordinator, who must determine that the proposed event or activity complements and does not conflict with the signature event.
