*NOTE* Please download a new Search Committee Checklist each time a search is initiated.

Please visit the Recruitment Expense Process website to complete the form for permission to invite candidates to campus who will need reimbursement.

In certain instances, the search process may be waived.  However, please consult with HRS before completing the Recruitment Waiver.  Once HRS has been consulted and has given the approval to complete the Recruitment Waiver Request Form, please complete the waiver and include justification to waive the search. 

Once position has been filled, please fill out the Report of Hire form. 

Supervisors who hire an internal employee must complete the online Inter-Campus Move Process Form. This will ensure the employee's access is modified to align with their new job responsibilities.
