Supervisors who hire an internal employee must complete the online Inter-Campus Move Process Form. This will ensure the employee's access is modified to align with their new job responsibilities.

Open Position and Affirmative Action Packet

Please review this flowchart if you are wanting to:

  • Change the title of a position;
  • Make changes to a cost center;
  • Make salary changes to a position;
  • Make FTE changes to a position; or
  • Have department changes.

*HR will review Open Affirmative Action Packets each week on Wednesdays at 3:30. Please have all Open Position and Affirmative Action Packets to the HR inbox prior to that day and time each week. If they are not received until after Wednesday, they will be reviewed the following week.*

In certain instances, the search process may be waived.  However, please consult with HRS before completing the Recruitment Waiver.  Once HRS has been consulted and has given the approval to complete the Recruitment Waiver Request Form, please complete the waiver and include justification to waive the search. 

Once position has been filled, please fill out the Report of Hire form.
