P-Card Policy and Procedures
The purpose of the Lewis-Clark State College P-Card policies and procedures is to convey the basic guidelines for College personnel when utilizing the P-Card for official business. The overall goal of the P-Card program is to provide greater operational efficiency without sacrificing administrative fiduciary controls.
