Poster Artwork Challenge

Launch Date: November 17, 2025
Submission Deadline: January 15, 2026

Artists are invited to design the official poster artwork for the upcoming AUE in April. Your design may be used for print posters, digital promotion, social media, t-shirts, stickers and other marketing materials.

• Artwork must be original, created by the entrant.
• Must include the official AUE logo.
• Artwork should ideally highlight elements of the LC Valley region.
• Poster size: 11″ × 17″.
• Include the following required text elements:
  
  • Art Under the Elms
  • Date: April 17-19, 2026
  • Location: LC State Campus 500 8th Ave., Lewiston, Idaho 83501
  • Information: Free Admission | lcsc.edu/cah/art-under-the-elms
  • Optional: “Vendor Market • Arts • Crafts • Food • Community” (or your tagline)
• Design rights: By submitting, the finalist grants the LC State Center for Arts & History the right to reproduce and adapt the design for promotional use (posters, T-shirts, programs, etc.).
• Maximum entries per artist: 1
• Submit high-resolution digital file: PDF
• On the back (or in a digital submission form) include: Artist name, address, phone, email.

1. Download the AUE logo.
2. Create your artwork following the guidelines above.
3. Submit your design by emailing aue@lcsc.edu
4. Deadline for submissions: January 15, 2026.

• The selected design will become the official poster for Art Under the Elms.
• Prize: $200 and recognition in event materials.
• Winner announced: January 30, 2026
• Finalist(s) may be asked to provide additional format versions of the artwork.

• Please do not incorporate stock imagery, copyrighted elements, or third-party licensed visuals without permission.
• Artwork submitted after the deadline or that does not meet the requirements may be disqualified.
