I attended LCSC from 2002-2006, receiving my Elementary Education degree with a Literacy endorsement. I graduated with a Masters of Education in Literacy from NNU in Nampa, Idaho in 2010, and graduated from Washington State University with a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy & Technology Education in 2020. I live in the valley with my wonderful husband and two incredible children and am so excited to have come full circle back to LCSC to help educate our future teachers! My office hours for the 2026 spring semester are M./T. 1-3pm, or by appointment. My office is located in SPH 238 and I also offer virtual hours via Teams during the same time. That information is on my office door and in my course syllabi and Canvas shells.
