eLearning Services Support

LC State utilizes the Learning Management System (LMS), Canvas.  The Canvas Coaching and Tutorials page includes:

eLearning Services employs two Instructional Designers to provide instructors and staff with course design support and best practices for course content creation. The Instructional Designers provide support and consultation only; they do not build courses or create course content.

Quality Matters (QM) is a faculty-centered, peer review process designed to improve the quality of online courses and online components.  The multi-point rubric can be applied to existing online courses or used to guide the creation of new online courses.  Contact Angela Meek for more information.
