Forms, timesheets, and other helpful resources can be found on this page! Each semester Work Scholars are required to conduct three performance evaluations. Students are also required to complete two Professional Development Opportunities as well as two Volunteer Hours, that can be sent to lcworkscholars@lcsc.edu when completed.

As a member of the LC Work Scholars program you are required to participate in two professional development opportunities a semester.

Once you have attended an event, please complete the Professional Development Reporting Form. Email the completed document to lcworkscholars@lcsc.edu.
