Software License Chargebacks
This page is for requesting a license to software managed by IT (Adobe, Claude AI, Zoom, and Teams Phone). If you're proposing new software, or your existing software is due for its annual review, visit Implementing Systems/Purchasing Software instead.

IT-managed software licenses at LC State are requested through one form. Claude AI, Teams Phone,and Zoom bill to your department; Adobe titles (Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud Shared Device, Creative Cloud All Apps) route to a Jaggaer cart instead. Both are IT-managed, they are just billed differently.
Before you begin, have ready: the assignee's full name and individual LCSC email, and — for chargeback titles — your 10-digit expense account number and expense owner's name/email.
