How to Apply

When you begin your application, you will first choose the type of application you want to submit. After making your selection, you will need to create an account to proceed with the online application. With your account, you can log in at any time to complete the application, upload admission documents, and check your application status.

The $50 graduate admission application fee can be paid online or sending cash or check to the Admissions Office at 500 8th Ave. Lewiston, ID 83501. You can also call the Cashier's Window at 208-792-2351 for credit card payment. 

Official transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope or in official electronic format from the issuing institution to be valid. Photocopies of records are not official.

*You can be tentatively admitted off unofficial or working transcripts. Unofficial transcripts may be sent to admissions@lcsc.edu. Unofficial college transcripts must include your full name, institution, grade points, credits, and grade point average. Working transcripts indicate you are currently enrolled in classes. After your grades and/or degree are posted, you will need to have official transcripts sent to the Admissions Office. Full admission will be granted once we receive all official transcripts.

Program Requirements

Students must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university with 36 credits of business and accounting, 15 of which must be in accounting. 
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA from the last 60 credits of undergraduate work.

Students must meet the following requirements:

  • BSN degree from an accredited program 
  • An active U.S. RN license in good standing
  • A statistics course passed with C (2.0) or better. 
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA from the last 60 credits of undergraduate work.

Students must meet the following requirements:

  • BSN degree from an accredited program

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA from the last 60 credits of undergraduate work.

Apply for Financial Aid/Scholarships

Whether you’re a student or parent, you will need to create your own FSA ID to apply for federal financial aid.

What You Can Use Your Account For:

  • Filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form
  • Signing your Master Promissory Note (MPN)
  • Applying for repayment plans
  • Completing loan counseling
  • Using the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Help Tool

What You Will Need:

  • Social Security number
  • Your own mobile phone number and/or email address

Create your FSA ID at studentaid.gov.

To see if you qualify for grants, loans, and work study funds, you must complete a FAFSA at studentaid.gov.

LC State's Priority Deadline is March 1st. Students must be tentatively admitted and have all required documents submitted for consideration.

Students who missed the March 1st deadline may submit a scholarship/waiver request form for scholarship consideration.

  • Accept aid offers, including scholarships, and sign Aid Offer Letter on WarriorWeb and/or the Scholarship Portal
  • Ensure your Financial Aid Checklist is complete on WarriorWeb
  • Complete your verification
  • Complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) & Entrance Counseling at studentaid.gov

The Cost of Attendance may be different for individual students, based on such factors as enrollment patterns, state of legal residency, and housing status. The Cost of Attendance is not constant and will vary at each institution. When determining the Cost of Attendance the following elements are taken into consideration: fees and tuition; room and board; books and supplies; transportation; and personal expenses.

  • Once admitted, you will be contacted by a Coeur d'Alene staff member to schedule an advising appointment.
  • Come to your appointment with all unofficial transcripts. 
  • Complete your Conditions of Registration on WarriorWeb.
  • Register for classes.

Pay for College

It is important to be aware of payment deadlines. Pay your fees in full or sign a payment plan contract by the fee payment deadline date to avoid late fees.
