Professional Services Agreement

• In general, this agreement is to be used for individuals or organizations providing professional services to LC State. For example, contractors performing tree trimming, electrical, or flooring work. This work is generally higher-risk.

LC State Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)

• In general, this agreement is to be used for individuals or organizations providing services at a stated price to LC State.  For example, referees or short-term consultants. This work is generally low-risk.

LC State Honorarium Agreement

• In general, this agreement is to be used for special, non-routine payments to an individual for gratuitous service to LC State. For example, a speaker or musician.
