Clearwater Hall

Clearwater Hall is a dorm that offers student the privacy of apartment style living, with the social opportunities of a traditional hall.  Design like a hotel, it has internal hallways that allow each apartment to keep their apartment doors open, encouraging socializing.  There are several designated student areas that welcome students to sit down as a group or individual, with large tables and white boards.

About Clearwater Hall

Clearwater is an apartment (suite) style dorm. There are 32 suites in the building, with a common area in the basement with amenities like couches, ping-pong, foosball, gaming system hook-ups and board games.  It is located just north of campus in beautiful downtown Lewiston, which gives students unique access to all that downtown has to offer.  Each bedroom has a self-regulated heater/air conditioner.  Each suite has it's own kitchenette, with a refrigerator and microwave provided.  The fourth floor of the building is reserved for Nursing and Health Science majors to support students' education with a learning and living community.  The Resident Assistant on this floor is an upperclassman in a health science major.

Capacity: 116 beds, co-ed options by suite

Size: 9'6" x 9'3" - 14' x 14' (larger rooms are doubled)

Staff: 4 Resident Assistants and 1 Residence Director

Parking:  Parking is located in D Street parking lot, 2 blocks from the hall.  This is the only reserved parking for the dorm.  Tenants cannot park in front of businesses or in the City Library parking lot.

Meal Plans:  Meal Plan 1, Meal Plan 2, or Meal Plan 3 required.
